When do the Thursday Night Concerts Begin?

The first concert is in May and continues thru September. We feature Special Concerts on the Saturday before Halloween, Featuring “Libido Funk Circus” and the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, Featuring “Maggie Speaks”

What is a Season Pass?

A Season Pass grants access to all Thursday Night Concerts. This pass is transferable. Access is guaranteed even if a show is sold out.  Contact CD&ME for pricing

Tickets

Pre-Sale Tickets will be available online or by stopping in at CD&ME’s Box Office. We are open 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday-Saturday (as long as they are available) Each ticket allows access to the concert. Tickets are available at the door on the night of IF NOT SOLD OUT. For “Maggie Speaks” & “One of These Nights” Eagles Tribute and Most others we recommend purchasing tickets ahead of time due to the overwhelming popularity!

Are there any items that are not allowed to be brought into CD&ME?

​No Weapons of any kind | No Backpacks | No Drugs

Pets or other animals (Service Animals and Guide Dogs are permitted)

No outside coolers – No outside Food or Drinks

ALL TICKETS ARE GENERAL ADMISSION – THESE ARE NOT RESERVED SEATS UNLESS YOU HAVE  RESERVED A TABLE

If the event sells out in advance, there will not be tickets available at the door.

What if my party can not arrive at the same time?

No problem. Please contact us at this link or call the box office at 815-469-7315 and we would be glad to help you with this.

Are Limos/Small Buses allowed to park at CD&ME during an event/concert?

Accessible Parking and Drop off – Limos or Small Buses are allowed to stay at CD&ME during events. Please call ahead as there is limited parking for such vehicles.

Is there Handicapped Parking?

Persons with disabilities and their families will be directed to handicapped parking.

On-Site – Assistance – CD&ME will be happy to assist guests if needed

Motorcycle Parking

Designated motorcycle parking is available at CD&ME

CD&ME Closing due to Crowd Capacity

The decision to close the door of CD&ME due to crowd density is the decision of CD&ME. The decision to close for public safety is based on the ability of people to get out of the facility in case of emergency. Crowd density is determined by examination of the flow of people primarily by the Stage. This is to keep walkways open and clear.

Is there Public Transportation to CD&ME?

The Metra Station is just minutes from CD&ME. Visit the Metra Website for Schedules. A UBER/Taxi would be needed from the Train to CD&ME.

 

Can I bring in my own chair to watch the concerts?

CD&ME provides limited seating. All tickets are general admission. No chairs can be

brought in

 

Can I reserve a table at any concerts/events at CD&ME?

Yes. As there is a limited amount of tables that can be reserved, please message us

at this link  (A minimum of (8) Tickets to be purchased) to Purchase a Reserved Table

Is there food for purchase?

YES!

 No food can be brought in. Celebrating a birthday or special occasion? A cake/cupcakes can be brought in. Please call ahead of time and we will be glad to help if you need to drop this off prior to the event/concert. No balloons or confetti

Are there beverages for purchase?

Yes. We have a Full Bar with a variety of beverages to quench your thirst. There is no drink minimum

What if it rains?

RAIN OR SHINE, the show will go on! If there is inclement weather during any of the events/concerts the entertainment will be moved indoors – No Refunds

​

Can I smoke during events/concerts at CD&ME?

Smoking is allowed outside
